SHIPPING POLICY
We work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and your address are correct before purchasing. if you are unsure please EMAIL, DM or CHAT us before placing your order.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150AUD. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday AEST will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and throughout the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Osilia is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
DAMAGES
Osilia is not liable for any parcels damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
